Manufacturing & Sourcing
A China-based sourcing and supplier network — focused on transparency, standardization and sourcing efficiency rather than "China = cheap".
How We Source
Multi-supplier qualification
We qualify multiple manufacturers so buyers can compare specifications.
Standardized specifications
One spec model across all products — ash, moisture, fixed carbon, size, burn time.
Batch quality control
Testing per batch with results labeled by source.
Export readiness
Documentation and container loading for international shipping.
The Coconut Shell Charcoal Process Chain
The following is the general process chain for coconut shell charcoal briquettes, drawn from public industry descriptions. It is shared manufacturing knowledge, not a claim about any specific factory's equipment or output.
- Carbonization — coconut shells are heated with limited oxygen to drive off volatiles and leave carbon.
- Crushing — the carbonized shell is ground to a controlled particle size.
- Mixing — the carbon powder is blended, typically with a binder, to a uniform paste.
- Forming — the paste is pressed into shape (cube or flat briquettes).
- Cutting — pressed stock is cut to the nominal size (e.g. 25 mm).
- Drying — briquettes are dried to a low, controlled moisture content.
Each step is a point where the final specification can drift: under-carbonization raises volatile matter, inconsistent crushing changes density and burn rate, and incomplete drying raises moisture. That is why batch testing matters — the process chain only produces a predictable product when each stage is controlled.
Why Standardized Specifications Matter
A manufacturing claim is only useful when it is measurable. We use one specification model — ash, moisture, fixed carbon, volatile matter, size tolerance and burning time — across all products, so a buyer can compare suppliers on the same axes. The definitions live on the data sub-site.
Manufacturer profiles, production capacities and certifications are published only after supplier verification. See the manufacturer sub-site for the qualification model.
