These terms govern your use of the Charcoal Hub website and its four sub-sites (data, manufacturer, testing and knowledge).

1. Informational purpose
The site network publishes sourcing information for global B2B charcoal buyers: product records, supplier profiles, test methodology and buyer guides. All content is informational. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, a warranty of product quality, or a contractual commitment. Actual terms — specifications, prices, MOQs, lead times — are agreed only in writing with a supplier.
2. Data verification status
Product, manufacturer and testing data carry a verification status (Verified / Supplier Reported / Third-Party Verified / Unverified) and a data source. Status "Supplier Reported" means the figures come from the supplier's own public statements and have not been independently confirmed by us. Status "Unverified" means only basic identity information could be confirmed. Treat any figure according to its stated status; do not rely on a supplier-reported value as fact.
3. Not legal or professional advice
Compliance and regulatory content (import frameworks, EUDR notes, certification guides) is provided for general orientation. It is not legal advice. Verify all requirements with your customs broker or a qualified advisor before importing.
4. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate and clearly sourced, but we make no warranty that content is complete, error-free or current at any given moment. Verification dates are shown where applicable; figures can change without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charcoal Hub and its operators are not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, including sourcing decisions based on supplier-reported data.
6. Intellectual property
Site text, design and structure are the property of Charcoal Hub. Buyer guides may be cited with attribution; wholesale reproduction for commercial purposes is not permitted.
